The Dynisco PolyClean system is a safer and faster way of cleaning capillary dies, breaker plates, and a variety of small tooling.  Our line of Fluidized Temperature Bath’s (FTB) liquid-like properties provide fast heat transfer to immersed tooling for immediate heating and burning off tough-to- clean polymers. 

Fluidized Temperature Bath’s don’t require consumables or chemicals to operate; just the proper ventilation and HEPA filtration system.  They are safer than salt baths and provide better temperature stability and uniformity than burn-out ovens; and most importantly, are budget friendly.  Please refer the before and after photos of a part encrusted with PP.  The part was placed in a basket & immersed for 60 minutes in alumina oxide heated at 650°F.  The part was then dusted off with shop air and remove any ash and it was delivered back to the customer is ‘like-new’ condition
