An Interview with Sure Controls Inc

We interviewed with Terry Brei, President of Sure Controls Inc to hear his thoughts on their partnership with Dynisco. Sure Controls Inc. represents Dynisco Pressure Sensors, Instrumentation and Polymer Evaluation Products in Wisonsin.

 

 

 

 

Dynisco (D): Thank you so much for joining us in this segment Terry.  What would you say is Sure Control's vision of Success
Terry Brei (TB):
 Sure Controls Vision of Success is when a customer is Smiling after doing business with us. 

 

(D): How long have you been partners with Dynisco and what differentiates your organization in the Plastics Processing Market?
(TB): We have been partners with Dynisco for 20 plus years and the team of experts we have with extensive expertise within the plastics processing market is what differentiates us.

 

(D): Why partner with Dynisco?
(TB): We partner with Dynisco to bring quality products and solutions allowing our customers the ability to deliver high quality products for their customers.

 

(D): How does your partnership with Dynisco align with your vision of success?
(TB): We are both value added solution providers who seek to solve problems customers may not realize they have or how to solve them.  We can collectively improve our customers to better serve their customers.

 

(D): What does Dynisco do/provide to help you successfully compete in the markets you serve?
(TB): Dynisco provides industry leading expertise for the products manufactured specifically the polymer test equipment that allows our mutual customers to improve their processes and production capabilities along with access to PHD level plastics scientists to analyze the data.

 

(D): What are your strengths and how does your partnership with Dynisco compliment those strengths?  
(TB): Our strengths include: our the team of experts, agility to respond to customers in a timely fashion, and commitment to deliver a smile with the products and solutions.

 

(D): Can you provide an example of how Dynisco has partnered with you to complete a sale or realize a success?(TB): Dynisco has joined on joint sales calls to help educate and guide customers through the process of what products and testing equipment would allow them to improve the quality of their incoming material, reducing waste highlighting when incoming product may not meet specification that has allowed sales of polymer test equipment. Dynisco’s consultative sales approach supports Sure Controls and our customers enabling the sales of polymer test equipment.
