An Interview with Manan Enterprises

We interviewed with Manan Desai with Manan Enterprises to hear his thoughts on their partnership with Dynisco. Manan. represents Dynisco Pressure Sensors and Instrumentation in India

 

 

 

Dynisco (D): Thank you so much for joining us in this segment Manan.  What would you say is Manan Enterprise's vision of Success?
Manan Desai (MD):
 The main objective of the Manan Enterprise is to be the one stop Sales and Marketing support for our Principal’s product in India. Our Vision of Success is to be the representatives for the world’s top manufacturing companies in India and to grow / develop their business in Indian Territory through, dedicated teamwork, wealth of experience and customer satisfaction.  

 

(D): How long have you been partners with Dynisco and what differentiates your organization in the Plastics Processing Market?
(MD): We have been partners with Dynisco for 27 years and Manan Enterprise prides itself in being one of the most reliable companies in the field of Sensing Instruments and related products. The customer centric approach, prompt response, deep knowledge of Dynisco products along with 24X7 support, differentiates us in the Plastics Industry.

 

(D): Why partner with Dynisco?
(MD): Dynisco name is synonymous with High Quality, Reliable Melt Pressure Transducers for over 60 years. Manan Enterprise being associated with Dynisco for over 25 years is synonymous with Dynisco in India. Over the years our company has embodied same core values as Dynisco and we are passionate about marketing the Dynisco products with the aim of mutual growth

 

(D): How does your partnership with Dynisco align with your vision of success?
(MD): Our Vision of Success is to be the representatives for the world’s top manufacturing companies in India and to grow / develop their business in Indian Territory. Dynisco being one of the top quality manufacturers who are world renowned for quality products, innovative technology, dedicated teamwork, wealth of experience and customer satisfaction are in perfect alignment with our visit and we take pride in being associated with Dynisco.

 

(D): What does Dynisco do/provide to help you successfully compete in the markets you serve?
(MD): The Dynisco brand name along with the unmatched quality as well as reliability of the products coupled with excellent support from Dynisco management helps us immensely in successfully competing in India.

 

(D): What are your strengths and how does your partnership with Dynisco compliment those strengths?  
(MD): Our strength is our customer centric approach, prompt response, deep knowledge of Dynisco products along with round the clock product support to our customers. Dynisco has similar core values, hence the partnership with Dynisco is mutually complimenting. 

 

(D): Can you provide an example of how Dynisco has partnered with you to complete a sale or realize a success?(MD): Last year we had a big project opportunity wherein we required lot of technical help as well as new sensor part no. creation for the customer. The Dynisco technical team provided unmatched support to advise and develop a specialized part no. of SPX 5342 (oil filled) as well as very low pressure Vertex for the customer.  Because of extensive technical help and sales team’s able support, we were able to secure the important order. Also, the Dynisco operations team then helped us with timely delivery which ensured customer satisfaction and win-win situation for everyone.  Knowing that we / our customer can count of Dynisco team at all the times gives us competitive edge in many fiber spinning projects
