An Interview with Scansolar Oy


At Dynisco, we value our partner relationships and pride ourselves on our commitment to grow together.  We commit to cultivating positive relationships with companies where both parties can increase revenue, industry reach, and share knowledge with existing customers and prospects. With this, we created our "Channel Partner Spotlight" segment dedicated to highlight our partnership and effectiveness in the Plastics Markets.

We interviewed Kalevi Mervasto, President of Scansolar Oy in Finland to hear his thoughts on their partnership with Dynisco.  Scansolar represents Dynisco Pressure SensorsPolymer Evaluation products and Instrumentation in Finland. 
 

 



Dynisco (D): Thank you so much for joining us in this segment Kalevi. What would you say is Scansolar's vision of Success?
Kalevi Mervasto (KM):
   Achieve results that are in line with or better than Dynisco's target

 

(D): How long have you been partners with Dynisco and what differentiates your organization in the Plastics Processing Market?
(KM):
We have been partners with Dynisco since the mid 70's (under other company names), and under Scansolar since 2005. Scansolar is a small organization and ready to react quickly as needed to meet our customers' needs. 

 

(D): Why partner with Dynisco?
(KM):
 We partner with Dynisco because of their great products. They are a well known company with strong brand recognition and quality products and service to further support our customers' needs

 

(D): What does Dynisco do/provide to help you successfully compete in the markets you serve?
(KM):
  Dynisco provides very good quality products (sensors and polymer testing equipment) that our customers can trust and have always offered good support when needed. 

 

(D): What are your strengths and how does your partnership with Dynisco compliment those strengths?  
(KM): 
 Good process, product and market know how. We speak both native languages and three other for international communication.

 

(D): Can you provide an example of how Dynisco has partnered with you to complete a sale or realize a success
(KM): 
We have not needed other support than what we have got by e-mail and/or phone calls. Of course a visit by someone from Dynisco has helped to “make up” the picture of the partnership and in the long run to do business. Sales is an ever lasting run.
