An Interview with Tectrol

We interviewed Fernando Rivadeneyra of Tectrol to hear his thoughts on their partnership with Dynisco.  Tectrol represents Dynisco Pressure SensorsPolymer Evaluation products and Instrumentation in Mexico. 
 

 

Dynisco (D): Thank you so much for joining us in this segment Fernando. What would you say is Tectrol's vision of Success?

  Helping customers improve their processes and meeting our principals expectations.

 

(D): How long have you been partners with Dynisco and what differentiates your organization in the Plastics Processing Market?
(FR):
 We have been partners with Dynisco over 20 years. We have the best principals/products, best trained sales group and best coverage in Mexico

 

(D): Why partner with Dynisco?
(FR):
 We partner with Dynisco because of their great service, products and because we aim to only sell the best products on the market

 

(D): How does your partnership with Dynisco align with your vision of success?
(FR):
  The petrochemical and plastics industries are very important for our company, we like to help our customers with great service and the best product technology available.

 

(D): What does Dynisco do/provide to help you successfully compete in the markets you serve?
(FR):
  Dynisco provides very good quality products (sensors and polymer testing equipment) that our customers can trust. 

 

(D): What are your strengths and how does your partnership with Dynisco compliment those strengths?  
(FR): 
 We are a company that is know for having top quality products that are being promoted by a very well trained sales group. Customers know that when they talk to Tectrol we will be able to offer them the best top quality product for their application

 

(D): Can you provide an example of how Dynisco has partnered with you to complete a sale or realize a success
(FR): 
By making sales calls together with us to convince tough customer that Dynisco/Tectrol are the best option.
