The world is moving in the direction of sustainability in the industrial sector. Read below to understand the global sustainability initiatives currently taking place and the role Dynisco is taking to realize these goals.

By 2050, production of recyclable thermoplastics is expected to reach around 590 million metric tons.

Governments and political unions are also taking action against the plastic problem.

In 2020, the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act was signed in the U.S., which also aims to reduce plastic marine debris and encourage recycling. As part of this act, USD 55 million per year from 2021 to 2025 will be made available for states to implement post-consumer materials management and recycling programs.

From 2021, there will be restrictions on single use plastics in the EU. Greenhouse gas emissions are expected to fall by 2.63 million tonnes a year as a result.
