Purchase of Shanghai Hao Ying Creates Strong Position in Chinese Instrumentation Market

Dynisco, a global leader in measurement and control technology for plastics processing, has announced completion of the purchase of the assets of Shanghai Hao Ying Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. The acquisition positions Dynisco to increase an already strong position in the booming China market.

Hao Ying is one of the top two Chinese producers of temperature sensors, melt-pressure transducers, transmitters and gauges, and other instrumentation used in plastics extrusion and related processes. The platform for business going forward, will be known as Dynisco China, and will continue to be led by the existing leadership team and employees under the direction of Wu Hao, the current General Manager. Dynisco China will make and sell products under the Hao Ying brand name as well as the Dynisco brand.
