Portable Pressure Calibrators (PCS2000)

The pressure calibration system, PCS2000, offers a quick, efficient and accurate means for checking pressure transducers and transmitters in the field. To perform a pressure transducer test, simply remove the transducer from the process, or the box, and install it in the pressure port on the PCS2000 manifold. Turn the PCS2000 on and select the engineering units required. Adjust the zero and pump the sensor to the desired pressure on the display. Then compare the pressure readout of the PCS2000 to the pressure sensor to verify the pressure sensor’s accuracy.
